Complaints

1. Persons making a purchase in the VANDAM Store who are consumers within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.

3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the Seller: VANDAM, e-mail address: vandamsklep@gmail.com, Leśna 3, Rzgów, 95-030 about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

4. You can also complete and send the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page or any other unequivocal statement by e-mail to vandamsklep@gmail.com. If you use this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt of information about withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

5. In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

6. In the event of withdrawal from the entire contract, i.e. return of the entire order, we return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. We will refund the payment directly to the bank account indicated by you in the return form.

7. Please send back or hand over the goods to us to the following address: AKAP GROUP, Leśna 3, Rzgów, 95-030 immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. In the case of a partial return of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
